Friend Referral Program

We know a lot of you have referred your friends and climbing partners to us over the years and we want to let your know how meaningful that is for our business.

The basics: refer one friend to us and receive $10 off your next resole, capping off at two discounts per calendar year. Applied toward the repairs, not the shipping.

Terms and conditions:

1. Refer a new customer to us.

2. Your friend will need to write your first and last name in the memo box where they write in their shoe make/model and rubber preferred (if mailing-in).

3. We will keep track of each person you have referred and what date they sent their shoes in.

4. The shoes your friends send in must meet our policy standards: they must not be too far gone (educate your friends!) and they must be all brands that we resole.

5. Online referral awards are limited to two times per annual year, or $20 per calendar year, per customer.

6. We will also accept a written referral on Mountain Project counting as one friend referral, 1x a year. Do not just write our business name- mention something you like about us (craftsmanship, turn-around time, etc). The post you comment on must be published within the last month.
